Achan: Father

Amma: Mother

Muthachan: Mother's Father

Ammuma: Mother's Mother

Achachan: Father's Father

Achamma: Father's Mother

Aniyan: Younger Brother

Aniyathi: Younger Sister

Chettan/Ettan: Older Brother

Chechi: Older Sister 

(Ettan or Eechi is a word used to address older brothers or sisters, it is mostly used in Kannur, Kasargod districts of Kerala)

Ammavan: Uncle

Ammayi: Auntie

Maman: Mother's Brother

Ammayi: Mother's Brother's Wife

Mema: Father's Sister

Paappan: Father's Sister's Husband or Father's Brother (depends on the person's choice)

There will also be a little bit of Kannur Slang when I type in Malayalam as that is my Native language. It will be a little bit difficult to read or understand the Words as in kerala, the slangs and words differ from District to District. I will try my best to type it in proper Malayalam but in some situations when the story take's place in my hometown, then I am compelled to write it in Kannur slang😊

All these are basic terms that I use to address my family members and other people. There are more terms but it's not used much often. If it is used then I will be giving the meaning.
